24 Hour Roadside Assistance

  • Mechanical Breakdown
  • Running out of fuel
  • A flat battery
  • A flat tyre
  • Locking yourself out

Rescue

In the event of a complete breakdown, Toyota will send a towing service to your assistance. If possible they will repair the vehicle on the spot.

Towing

If it can't be fixed on the spot the vehicle will be taken to your or the nearest Toyota Dealer. If the vehicle needs to be securely stored overnight, including a trailer or caravan that you were towing, this will be arranged.

Onward Travel

Toyota will provide first class rail tickets to your intended destination or to your home. If the rail journey would exceed 5 hours, business class air tickets will be offered instead.

Parts Delivery

Toyota will locate and deliver any parts necessary for the repair of your vehicle. Such parts and labour, may be covered under the terms of the vehicle warranty.

Collection

If the vehicle is located more than 50km from your home when repairs are completed, Toyota will provide one–way first class rail tickets for one person, or business class air tickets if the rail journey would exceed 5 hours.

Support

Whatever the problem, whether car theft, lost credit cards or illness, one call to Toyota will give you advice and support, and pass on a message if required to someone who needs to be informed. We may not be able to cover the costs associated with the problem, but we will certainly do all we can to help you solve it.

Accomodation

If you wish to remain in the area where the vehicle is being repaired, Toyota Eurocare will pay for a hotel for the driver and the passengers for a maximum of four nights to a value of €127 per person. You will only have to pay for your meals and any other costs you choose to incur. (only applies when 50Km's or more from home).

Replacement Vehicle

If you like, Toyota Eurocare will provide an equivalent replacement vehicle while your own is being repaired, for a maximum of 3 days. While Toyota Eurocare will make every reasonable effort to provide you with an equivalent vehicle, this is naturally subject to availability. (only applies when 50Km's or more from home).

Chauffeur

If all drivers are taken ill. Toyota Eurocare will provide a Chauffeur to bring you and your passengers to your intended destination or to your home. (only applies when 50Km's or more from home).

Collection

Repatriation

If you are abroad, and it is impossible to repair the vehicle there, Toyota Eurocare will arrange and pay for the vehicle's repatriation to the Toyota Dealer nominated by you.

Do not incur any rescue costs until you have contacted our Help Desk, as these cannot be re-imbursed.
